Our records and scheduling system has been down since 6 a.m. this morning. At this time, our providers cannot access schedules or client records. Some appointments may need to be rescheduled.
If you have an appointment today with a medication provider, please call our main number at 503-589-4046.
If you have an appointment today with a therapist or other provider, please contact them directly.
Please note that our phone lines are much busier than usual today due to this outage, so please leave a voicemail if your phone call is not answered.
